PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Parioli, located at 114 Mulberry Street in the vibrant NoLiTa neighborhood of NYC, is a new construction project that was completed in 2019. The mixed‐use development, spans 7 stories and consisting of 23 luxury units, with most having private balconies along with a community rooftop terrace. Fischer + Makooi Architects designed the modern addition to the sought after neighborhood known for its dining and shopping. The Italian style building in fact has many of its interior finishes being imported from Italy itself, a nod to the neighboring Little Italy alcove of lower Manhattan.
