PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Fulton is a new construction project that was completed in Fall 2018. The development is a mixed‐use building, spanning 18 stories and consisting of 160 mixed income affordable dwelling units, cellar, ground floor and rear yard community facility space, a residential rear yard and roof terrace. This project is in the NYSERDA program as well as Enterprise Green Communities.
