PROJECT DESCRIPTION

30 Kent Street lies in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn the charming neighborhood bustling with coffee shops, parks, and mom & pop shops for every need. This new 60,000 square foot building was on previously unutilized land surrounded by skyline views of Manhattan. ATI is performing all inspections on the 75 unit mixed-use residential building with ground commercial space, on-site parking area, and a community room. Kutnicki Berstein Architects designed a modern clean building to perfectly compliment the sprawling water views and nearby ferry.
