Gantry Point is new commercial building located at 25-11 49th Ave, Long Island City, NY and boasts 237,718 square feet of office space, 9 stories, and 5 terraces to provide plenty of outdoor space. Gantry Point is conveniently located within walking distance of Court Square and the 7 train. This modern office building was once a two-story warehouse and was purchased and renovated by Normandy Real Estate Partners and Keystone Equities. Amaracon is performing concrete coring and testing, concrete sampling and testing, and soil sampling and testing.
