PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Home Depot is building a new location at 59-02 Borden Avenue in Maspeth, Queens.  The store will span over 130,000 square feet and will replace the current 7-acre Coca-Cola bottling plant. Right off of the Long Island Expressway the new location is expected to be a Queens hub of all things hardware, tools, and home improvement. Amaracon is performing all inspections for the site including concrete sampling and testing for The Home Depot’s iconic concrete floors.
