Our laboratory

Amaracon has a new state of the art 7600 sq. ft. American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO)*  accredited testing lab on Long Island, N.Y. Our testing laboratory is also registered with the NYC Department of Buildings allowing us to accommodate any of our client’s NYC building construction testing needs. We employ only the most qualified technicians to accurately perform testing procedures.​

In-House Lab Services:

• Concrete Testing (Compression, Chemical, Freeze/Thaw, Mix Designs)

• Coarse/Fine Aggregate Testing (Sieve Analysis, Chemical, Surface Moisture)

• Soil/Geotechnical Testing (Sieve Analysis, Standard/Modified Proctor, Surface Moisture, Chemical)

• Asphalt Testing (Mix Designs, Theoretical/Bulk Specific Gravity, AC Content)
   

*Accreditation is granted by AAP and that accreditation is limited to the laboratory and the standards for which the laboratory is accredited.
