PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Nehemiah Spring Creek Phase - 4B Senior Residences are an 70-unit new construction building reserved for low-income seniors in East New York. The senior residence building was designed by SLCE Architects and has 4,615 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and 2,857 square feet of ground floor community facility space. Amaracon performed special inspections, concrete sampling and testing, as well as masonry inspections.
