PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Hive at 300 & 303 W 43rd Street is a redeveloped two building office complex featuring a new façade, windows, lobbies, mechanicals, elevators, and a roof deck. Hive 42, the taller structure, occupies an L-shaped plot at 303 West 42nd Street and stands 15-stories tall. Hive 43, is a six-story industrial building at 300 West 43rd Street. Both Hive 42 and Hive 43 have been transformed into mixed-use buildings with offices and ground-level retail space. The project was designed by Gertler & Wente Architects, developed by KRW Realty Advisors, and is managed by Hive Management LLC.
