PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Belmont Park Village is a 340,000 square-foot open air complex and luxury shopping destination. Construction was completed in October of 2024. The retail village will eventually have 155 boutiques, seven restaurants, kiosks, and outdoor cafes. The retail village is part of the $1.3 billion development on 43 acres of Belmont Park property leased from New York State that began with the construction of the UBS Arena on the north side of Hempstead Turnpike and the six-story parking garage on the south side that serves both the arena and the new shopping venue. Amaracon Testing & Inspections, LLC performed all the special inspections and materials testing on the construction of the retail village in partnership with the general contractor, Aurora Contractors. Amaracon has also performed the interior special inspections on many of the boutique fit outs for the commercial clients occupying these buildings.
